In Morocco, the reality is often different.
A large share of digitally generated sales actually happens through channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, lead generation, direct sales calls, cash-on-delivery payments, and last-mile logistics services. Digital platforms create demand — but the final sale frequently occurs outside a traditional e-commerce website.
